OWN IT “LLC” dba E.F. Tropics is a specialized wholesale esthetic distributor selling only to licensed estheticians and cosmetologists who are professionals in the spa, beauty salon, and medical business.
Ordering
Select products are sold to professionals with a license # only. Before you can purchase from us, we require the following information:

We will email you within 24 hours with permission to purchase.
For every item there is an ‘Add to Cart' button that you select to add the item to your shopping cart. This does not commit you to buying it, because you can remove the item from your cart before checking out. After adding an item to your shopping cart, you can 'Update Cart', 'Continue Shopping', or 'Check Out'. While shopping, you can click on the ‘View Cart’ button near the top of the page to review your order.
When you have all the desired items in your shopping cart, you can click the ‘Checkout’ button to enter your shipping and payment information. After completing this information, you can review your order and select ‘Submit Order’ when you are satisfied everything is correct.

If you are ordering from Florida, please email a copy of your tax exemption form to customers@eftropics.com.

Payment Methods
E.F. Tropics accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.
International Orders
E.F. Tropics distributes products globally through our many distribution channels. Contact info@eftropics.com for how you too can receive our products in your country.
Order Confirmation
After your order is accepted, your order receipt will be displayed, including your order number. You will also receive an email to confirm your order.
Shipping Methods and Charges
Shipping in the U.S. will be UPS Shipping and is a flat fee of $20.00. Shipping to Canada is a flat rate of $25.
Sales Tax and International Duties
Sales tax will be charged to Florida customers. No sales tax will be added for orders from other customers. International customers are responsible for any duty, tax, or tariff imposed by the destination country.

All graphics, logos, site design, and information featured on this site are the property of OWN IT “LLC”. All other trademarks; product names, images, and descriptions; and company names are the property of their respective owners.
Liability
E.F. Tropics has no control over the customer use of products sold on this site; we assume no liability connected with their use. Under no circumstances are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use our products. You, the purchaser, are solely responsible for making the appropriate selection of products for your application, and assuring that all performance and safety requirements for the product are met.

Returns
You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization number prior to any returns. This will allow us to provide you with return shipping instructions, track your return, and respond to your request effectively. A request for return must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order. Unless the returned item is defective, you are responsible for return shipping charges. The item must be in its original packaging and is subject to inspection to verify it is new and unused. Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After 90 days all sales are final and non-refundable.
